RETURNS or EXCHANGES

Here at AA Leather, we strive to completely satisfy our customers in every product and binding service we provide.  However, if you are not completely satisfied due to defects in materials and workmanship, please contact us for a resolution.
We offer samples and personalization right up to the product being made. We are here to answer as many questions as we can before we begin, so you are satisfied with your product! It is important to note about the color of leather: Each hide varies in color by about 20%. While our photos are accurate, the leather you receive may vary slightly in coloration.
However, we do not accept returns for Bibles that are rebound by us with no defect in material or workmanship. In other words, subjective views on the aesthetic of our covers that have no defects are not our responsibility to refund. (EXAMPLE: “I don’t like the leather now that I have it.” or “It’s too soft/stiff.” or “The color doesn’t match the photo exactly.”) 
Please Note the Following:
  • Requests must be received within 30 days of purchase from our online or retail locations
  • All merchandise returned must be unworn, in original condition
    • Monogrammed merchandise is not eligible for refund or exchange – it is final sale
    • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your request from date received
  • We are not responsible for missing packages
    • We only use traceable carriers & insurance equal to the value of your item
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item. We will not accept COD.

Our Lifetime Guarantee is a Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship that has no time limit to make a claim. Our Warranty does not insure that the product will perform for the lifetime of the buyer, but for the lifetime of the product. The actual time that product can be expected to perform is determined by the average for merchandise of its kind and the way the buyer uses it.

By purchasing products from AA Leather you agree to the terms in our Lifetime Warranty. AA Leather reserves to right to alter, edit or cancel our Lifetime Warranty without notice.
